Scored Areas of Competition

Interview Competition 25% - Judges are looking for Personality, Poise, and Intelligence. Wear appropriate attire for an interview that reflects your personality.

 Fitness wear Competition 25% - Judges are looking for Stage Presence, Body Condition and Sports Wear Selection. This is a modeling competition, not a fitness competition. Wear age appropriate Fitness Wear.  No swimsuits.

Evening Gown 25% - Judges are looking for Style, Poise, Grace, and Overall Presentation. Wear a full-length formal gown that reflects your personality and style.

Photograph 5% - Judges will score your headshot based upon physical beauty and modeling ability.  The picture should be a professional headshot.  It is the picture used for the website and program book.

Question and Answers  15% - Judges are looking for contestants with the ability to think fast, articulate, Composure, an Overall Response. You will wear your evening gown.

Queen Behavior 5% - Queen behavior category includes but not limited to the following: scheduling/making personal appearances, sharing MBAC information on all contestants social media channels, timeliness in submitting documentations, paying scheduled fees, participating and collaborating in community awareness activities, posting community service projects.

Miss/Plus  Community Service 15%-  Contestants will complete a minimum of 30 hours of community service projects.  Contestants may choose a project based upon their individual interests or platforms.  They will be judged based upon community collaborations, and leadership skills displayed during the service project(s).  Their score will include the creativity of their community service activity and video clip presentation.  Contestants will create and prepare a sixty second video clip to display their community service.

Teen/Pre-teen/Princess Community Service 15%-  Contestants will complete a minimum of 10 hours of community service projects.  Contestants may choose a project based upon their individual interests.  They will be judged based upon community service project(s), and leadership skills displayed during the service project(s).  Their score will include the creativity of their community service activity and video clip presentation.  Contestants will create and prepare a sixty second video clip to display their community service.
